This Cookie Policy explains how SABREENLY uses cookies and similar technologies on www.sabreenly.com, and how you can control them. SABREENLY is a trading name of Global Muslim Weight Management Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16056628), with its registered office at Northgate House, Northgate, Nottingham, NG7 7BQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB894463.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies include browser local storage and small pieces of code (scripts) that load content from another company. In this policy, we use "cookies" to cover all of these.
Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies"). Others are set by other companies whose services we use on our site ("third-party cookies").
2. How we ask for your consent
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner asks for your choice. You can:
- Accept Essential Only: we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work.
- Accept All: we also use the optional cookies described below.
- Cookie Settings: choose which optional categories you allow.
We do not set optional cookies until you have agreed to them. You can change your mind at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used before you withdrew it, but we will stop setting optional cookies from that point.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use cookies to build marketing profiles or sell your data.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to work, keep it secure and remember your cookie choice. The law allows us to use them without your consent. You can block them in your browser settings, but parts of the site (such as logging in or buying) will then not work.

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending it to Google for analysis. Google says it uses this information to improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes, and not for personalised advertising. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent, we use Matomo to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited most and where visitors leave. This helps us improve the site. Matomo does not share this information with advertisers, and we have set it to respect the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures site performance and visit counts without setting cookies or identifying individual visitors.
5. Functional cookies and third-party services (optional)
Some features on our site are provided by other companies. When these features load, the provider receives your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies. The provider controls those cookies and their duration, under its own privacy and cookie policy.

Translations are produced automatically by Google and may contain errors. The English version of every page, including our legal pages, is the version that applies.
6. Our forms and email newsletter
Our sign-up forms for the newsletter, research, coaching and coach training send the details you enter to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which we use to manage our mailing lists. These forms are sent through our own website and do not place Mailchimp cookies on your device. Emails we send through Mailchimp may contain tracking pixels that tell us whether an email was opened or a link clicked. How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. International transfers
Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Controlling cookies in your browser
As well as using our Cookie Settings, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Guidance is available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop some parts of the site from working.
9. Changes to this policy
We review this policy whenever we add or remove a service that uses cookies, and at least once a year. The version number and "last updated" date at the top of this page show when it last changed. If we start using a new type of optional cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
